Great location for your get away! This private home is ideal for family reunions, private/corporate retreats, golf outings, vacations and business trips. You will have the entire house to yourself with free parking for up to 6 vehicles on 150x20 foot driveway.
Close proximity to the St. John's River, many local attractions and parks. Often called a "tropical paradise", Mandarin is concidered to be one of the best places to live in Florida. Enjoy this stylish home surrounded by beautiful oak trees and create memorable moments with your family and friends.
The home includes a fully-equipped kitchen with all appliances, dinnerware & silverware sets for 12+ guests, cooking utensils and non-stick cookware. Brand new stainless steel refrigerator and oversized countertops are ideal for cooking family meals.
Custom built farmhouse style dining table seats up to 12 people, it makes it easy to host large gatherings. Enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning on the front porch and connect with nature listening to the birds. Hot and iced coffee brewing machines are provided along with complimentary coffee and tea for your enjoyment. Hot, cold and room temperature water dispenser is available for your convenience.
Complimentary soap and shampoo are provided. The laundry room is in the garage, you are welcome to use it during your stay. Free laundry detergent, cordless iron and ironing board are provided.
The open concept living area with natural skylights has a wood burning fireplace, hardwood floors, a 55" flat screen smart TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime and YouTube TV service with over 70 channels. We offer free high speed internet 200 mbit WIFI. Fun indoor and outdoor games are available to keep you entertained.
Large Florida room is used as a Rec Room with billiard and chess tables.
After playing games, walk outside and enjoy a glass of wine at a large custom built Farmhouse style Firepit table. What a relaxing way to finish a day!
