Welcome to Simon Seas! This beautiful home located in the gated, private community of Emerald Waters Village is located in the heart of Miramar Beach! You can enjoy the private beach access only steps from the home, 2 community pools and just outside the gated community endless restaurants, boutique and outlet shopping, golf courses, a water park and charter fishing! Simon Seas has a beautiful 1st floor open main living area with gourmet kitchen, dining room, living room, wet bar and full bathroom with a walk-in shower. Enjoy grilling on the propane grill outside the back door. The 2nd floor features a King suite with a private bathroom, Queen bedroom with a private balcony shares a bathroom with the bunk bedroom featuring a Twin/Twin and a Twin/Full bunk bed with a Twin trundle bed. A laundry area is located in the hallway. The 3rd floor boasts a beautiful King suite with private balcony, private bathroom with a soaking tub and walk-in shower and a Queen bedroom with private bathroom. *Student/college groups are not permitted. Due to restrictions by HOA, insurance and/or local ordinances, we are unable to rent to guests under the age of 25. ID's will be checked by security staff and they have the right to refuse entry as well as evict guests found to be underage. For every 4 underaged guests, they must be accompanied by 1 parent at all times. A full guest list is required at the time of booking and the primary renter must be present at check-in and during the remainder of the reservation - this will be checked upon arrival and throughout the stay.
*An additional waiver to drive the golf cart is required in addition to our guest rental agreement
*A form of damage protection is required with all reservations: You may opt for the accidental damage protection that is already included in the quote or the $2,000 refundable security deposit. Only one is required. See the rental agreement for full details.
