EXCELLENT LOCATION: CLOSE TO CRUISE PORT, AIRPORT, BEACH, DOWNTOWN! Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. The building has 4 units. ( 2/1 and two studios and an RV across from the studio front door) You are renting 1 in the middle. It's a studio with its own separate entrance. You may also use the large refrigerator and the washer and dryer in the front house which is accessible through a door by your bathroom. The yard is under construction so there may be some loose bricks or gravel. Use Caution. The rear unit is being gutted so there may be construction debris by the garbage area. Bulk trash is only once a month so it is bagged and stays there until they pick ut up. Some noise may be possible as there are shared walls with other units but it's generally very peaceful and quiet. The yard is a work in progress so you may use the pool but please do not complain that the pool needs to be refinished. Its cleaned weekly. It may have some leaves. Its not dirty. If it rains it may look cloudy because of the fresh water mix. Its clean. Iguanas may leave a surprise for you. Its mother nature. We cant control that. The pool is 12 feeet deep. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK AND WATCH CHILDREN AND NON SWIMMERS. The yard is cleaned on Thursdays. The yard and pool are not listed as amenities, so please do not review them in your review. The area is very wooded and its Florida so you may see Palmetto Bugs or Lizards or hear iguanas scratching. Welcome to Nature. 8 mins from the airport. 8 mins from the cruise port. Not glamorous but an AFFORDABLE and clean place to stay. I don't even charge a cleaning fee. If you expect the Hilton or ritz- this is not for you- dont book. If you walk in the door complaining you will be asked to leave and given your money back. If you stay you pay. No using all the amenities and doing your laundry and then talking about you are leaving and want your money back. (Must be the affordability that attracts these types of guests) Its clean and comfortable. If it's what you expected from this very real description-give it 5 stars.
