Romslig tomt på 935 m2, perfekt til badmington mv. Terrassen strekker seg rundt husveggen fra sør til vest og er omkranset av ett blomsterbed med et variert utvalg planter og blomster. Solrikt og deilig. Mot øst er det en hellelagt og skjermet frokostplass.
