This bright and spacious Solana Resort Villa has a private pool with a spillover spa - Perfect for families vacationing in the Orlando area and its many world-class attractions. With no rear neighbors, you can enjoy a poolside drink before the sunset at the end of each adventure-filled day.
The Living Room has a high ceiling letting in lots of light. It has a comfy wrap-around couch before a wall-mounted TV screen and it's next to double screen doors leading out to the pool deck and lanai. A separate area provides fine dining for 6 while there is another table seating 4 by the kitchen with additional 2 barstools at the kitchen counter.
The kitchen has all stainless steel appliances and comes equipped with standard cookware.
The movie theater downstairs doubles as a game room. Comfy recliners face the projected movie screen, while there is comfy seating for several more facing the large wall-mounted TV-screen along with a gaming console.
Downstairs you will also find two bedrooms - a master King and a queen, each with wall-mounted TVs. The Master ensuite bedroom has a private entrance to the pool deck with double sliding doors. The ensuite bathroom is roomy with a separate shower and bath. Upstairs you have an ensuite Queen bedroom with a wall-mounted TV. Two whimsical kids' themed bedrooms share the 2nd bathroom upstairs. One kids' bedroom has two twin beds while the second has a bunk bed - both with their own wall-mounted TVs.
