Summary:
Enjoy this cozy bungalow in the heart of the South Tampa (SOHO) District. The house is close to the Epicurean Hotel and walking distance to many restaurants and bars on Howard. Also, only a short walk to Bayshore Blvd claimed to be the longest continuous sidewalk in the world at 4.5 miles (7.2 km) long, is 10 feet (3.0 m) wide and is widely used for recreation and exercise. While the beaches are about a 45 minute commute.
The Space:
The bungalow features two newly remodeled bathrooms and a beautiful Kitchen fully stocked with all the essential appliances and cookware to prepare a meal. The floor plan is open and the three main common spaces flow right into each other. Each bedroom offers a queen size bed and a private bathroom each with a walk in shower. The back yard is completely fenced in and offers a screened in grilling area, some tikki torches and a dinning area for you to gather enjoy a meal. There is also a fire pit available for you to use for the cooler nights of the year.
The location of the house is one of its best attributes, with so many restaurants and things to do within walking distance and the best parts of the city within a short Uber ride it is tough to beat. However, the crosstown highway runs right behind our backyard. The noise from the cars can be bothersome at night and we advise using the Amazon Alexa (white noise speakers) when you're headed to bed. Please note if you chose to cancel your reservation after you first night due to the noise we will not provide a refund. Please do not hesitate to reach out to us if you have any questions. We are not unreasonable.

The Neighborhood:
The Hyde Park neighborhood is scenic and quiet renowned for its dining and nightlife scene along South Howard Avenue, or SoHo. The mix of globally recognized restaurants like Berns Steak House and the myriad of cocktail bars down the SoHo strip promotes a diverse nightlife crowd. The neighborhood also features Hyde Park Village, a shopping center offering international chain stores alongside indie boutiques. Everything is within walking distance or 3 minute Uber ride..

The house is located in the heart of the city and most of the attractions apart from the beach are going to be within walking distance or a short Uber ride. Tampa also offers the electric public scooters that you can use to get to and from.

Other Things to Note:
Please be mindful that this home backs to the CrossTown Expressway. If you are noise sensitive or a very light sleeper this may not be for you. There can be some traffic noise at high traffic times. There is also the occasional speeding motorcycle that can briefly be heard. Please use the Amazon Alexa Speakers to help diminish the noise.
There are also three security cameras: (1) video doorbell; (2) a camera monitors the car port and driveway and (3) one shoots the south side of the house. There are no cameras inside or viewing the backyard.
Interaction with Guests:
For safety and security: there is 2 cameras on the property - 1 on the ring doorbell on the front door and the other in the carport. No cameras in the house.
