With a king bed and 2-twin bed guest room (can be easily converted to an additional king upon request), guests can truly relax and unwind in this immaculate condo!

CONDO SPECIFICS:
LOCATION: Southern Escape is located in the Foundry Building of the Truman Annex. 3 Blocks to Duval Street, 2 blocks to the Truman Waterfront and 1/2 mile from Fort Zachary Taylor Beach. The condo is approximately 4 miles from the Key West Airport. A vehicle is not necessary at this location as it is centrally located and in walking distance to everything in Old Town Key West.
FIRST FLOOR:
Living Room: A spacious living room with large, oversized windows for abundant lighting. With sofa (sleeper) and sitting chairs and large 55" flatscreen tv with cable.
Dining Room: We have chosen to offer countertop dining in this unit to allow for more space in the open floorplan living/ kitchen area.
Kitchen: Updated kitchen with full size refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher. Plenty of utensils, cups, plates and cutlery.
Powder Room: a half bathroom / powder room is conveniently located on the main floor of the home for guest use.
FLOOR TWO:
Primary Suite: The primary suite is located on the second floor of the home and features a king size bed, work desk, flat screen tv, ample storage,closet space and tv with cable.
Primary Bathroom: The primary suite has an ensuite full bath.
Private Balcony: Primary suite also features a second-floor lanai for guest enjoyment.
Laundry: A washer and dryer are located in the closet of the primary bedroom and is a full size, LG Tower.
THIRD FLOOR
Guest Bedroom: The guest bedroom offers two twin beds which can also be converted to a king size bed upon request. The guest bedroom offers ample storage and tv with cable.
Guest Bathroom: There is a second full bathroom located ensuite in the guest bedroom.
COURTYARD: The home has a fenced courtyard and front lanai with outdoor seating and a gas grill for guest use.
PARKING: 1 assigned parking space is provided
POOL: The condo has a shared pool that offers abundant sunlight throughout the day. The pool also has a restroom and lounge chairs for guests' enjoyment and comfort. Towels are provided inside the condo!

Summary: Nice place, well appointed. Quiet, close to everything, short walk to Duval. Clean place, well appointed for our family of 4. Would have liked regular coffee pot instead of Kuerig. Really need to do a better job marking location and what keys needed for what, nothing is marked. On the pricey side. Manager generally responsive to any issue. Unit actually has access to two pools not just the small one nearby as marked. Small nearby pool water too hot as cooler broke down. Larger pool nicely cool since it was very hot while we were there.
