Any reservations over 30 days will require a monthly inspection and professional unit cleaning. The cleaning will be serviced by my cleaning technicians and it is $100 per cleaning. This helps me maintain the integrity and quality of the unit. Masks will be worn by the tech and I will always schedule the cleaning with you in advance.
There is so much to say about this area so I will give it a shot. First the neighborhood is very safe and convenient. Once you walk out the door you will quickly get a sense of how the family friendly takes over this quaint area.
We are also located just one block from Grad Hospital and South Street with everything to do only a 5 min walk away. You have dozens of restaurants, shops, businesses and venues all at your fingertips.
There is a basketball park 2 blocks away and jogging takes place everywhere you look too in this area.
Rittenhouse Sq the epic-center of chic shopping and good food is only a few blocks straight down 19th Street where we are located.
You have the apt privately to yourself
As you walk in you will enter into a full living room with plush large couches set up for you and your guest to sit, enjoy and make great memories together. The living room also has a flat screen TV with Netflix and Hulu set up, just log in, and plenty of gathering space. We have two private bedrooms, 1 bedroom has two comfortable single beds, each with soft linens and comforters and plenty of closet space. The 2nd bedroom has a full size bed, very comfortable also layered with plush comforters and pillows. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan for extra fresh air and windows for natural sunlight.
The kitchen is fully stocked with all cooking and eating utensils. Designed for those looking to make at home meals. Everything you need is included, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, oven, stove, fridge and freezer also.
There is a lovely dining area directly connected with high seating for 4 and serves a great place for meals and table talk time.
The bathroom is fully equipped with a shower and tub, toilet and vanity. The water pressure is great and there is plenty of hot water. We also have a washer and dryer included in the basement area for your private use only.
As an added perk we also have a private side yard space with some chairs and a table for outdoor seating. This allows you to have private outside space with no interruptions.
Bonus: We all enjoy some outdoor time so we also have a nice small balcony that sits 2 next to the living room so you can actually sit out and get some fresh air without having to leave the apartment or sit and have a glass of wine while taking in the nice neighborhood here at Graduate Hospital and Rittenhouse Sq.
A coin operated washer and dryer is available 24 hours a day in the building entrance right next to our door, which is also part of this building.
Parking: secret tip- there is free 24 hour parking on this block one block to our right and to our left based on availability. It is the only area that has no meter restrictions or parking rules, You can park all day and night for free once you grab a spot. So make sure you grab a spot!
Getting around: You can walk everywhere and if you choose to drive we are located conveniently on 19th Street by Pemberton St. The highway is about 7 mins away and you can take the subway on Broad St near South which is a 14 min walk. Uber and Lyfts are always in the area.
