Located near Murray Hill just a small drive from the shops and heart of Jacksonville. Very close to downtown. If you are looking to stay in one of the most coveted areas in Jacksonville, this is where you need to be. The entire house has been newly renovated. Appliances are up to date and brand new washer and dryer has been added to the house. This beautiful house is equipped with your everyday essentials. The house is located in a very quiet family friendly neighborhood!
The house has three bedrooms and one bathroom. One room has a king size bed, another room has two full beds, and the last room has one queen bed.The kitchen is equipped with the basics, but if you need anything special before your trip, please reach out beforehand and I’ll try to accommodate! There is a screened in patio located at the front of the house. Feel free to enjoy a dinner with the family outside without the hassle of bugs! There is one Ring Camera on property, and it’s located outside of the patio! The camera records only when outside of the property. This allows you to still maintain 100% privacy. That’s very important to me! There is a small guesthouse located in the back, separate from the house. It is also a rental! Everyone has there own parking spot, separate entrances, and private code to enter their rentals. The neighborhood is up and coming! So a couple houses are in the middle of receiving some love. Quiet neighborhood and easy to find!
