Other Important Details
• The pool can be heated to 85 degrees for $99 a night, and must be booked for an entire stay. Let us know at least 24 hours in advance
• No parties, loud gatherings, or adult events allowed
• Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM
• Only disclosed guests are permitted; the home accommodates up to 8 guests, with an option to add 2 more for $39 per night each
• No smoking or vaping inside the property. A $1,000 cleaning fee will be charged for violations
• No mail deliveries (USPS, FedEx, UPS)
• Lost items will be held for 5 days; a $30 handling fee plus postage will apply for returns
• Technicians service the pool and hot tub every week and will not enter the house
• Gardeners will visit every other week and will not enter the house
• Trash day is Friday. Our team will take the trash bins out to the curb on Thursday and bring them inside the gate on Friday
• While we maintain the property regularly, things may occasionally break. Any issues will be addressed within 24 hours, and are not grounds for a refund
• Guests must comply with Los Angeles County short-term rental rules and the host’s house rules. By confirming your stay, you agree to our Guest Agreement and Safety Waiver covering the use of amenities (pool, hot tub, BBQ, etc.), house rules (no parties, quiet hours 10 PM–8 AM), and general safety.
All amenities are to be used at your own risk, and we ask that children and animals are always supervised. Please don’t tamper with any electrical or hot tub equipment.
