Immediately when entering the home you can notice its modern features, a large staircase, high ceilings and updated flooring as well as a large seating area.
The large fully-equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing meals. It also overlooks into a family room with a cable TV, bar area, dinner table and a bathroom with access to the backyard.
The dining area has access to the garage that was transformed to a playroom with a pool table and treadmill, as well as 2 units of each, washer and dryer.
The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, large tv, bathroom with double sink, stand up shower and tub, as well as a walk-in closet. The 2nd bedroom has a queen-sized bed, nightstand with storage and closet space. The 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds, closet space and double doors to a side balcony. The 4th bedroom has 2 twin bunk beds and storage space.
I have full sets of sheets, linens, duvets for all beds as well as extra towels for everyone and a washer & dryer - so you don't have to worry about that!
