Summary: This property appeared to be recently built. While the neighborhood is nice and appeared to be safe, there were not enough utensils for the 6 people in our party. I also requested the check-in code at least the night before we arrived and that did not happen. As of the morning we flew out to Hartford, I hadn't received the check in code...very frustrating. Also the only chairs to sit in were in the downstairs living room and kitchen. If you wanted to watch TV in a bedroom, your only option was to lay on a bed to do that.
