The Space:
This delightful and spacious four-bedroom, three and a half bath town-house, which includes an efficiency suite over the garage, provides plenty of room for larger families and groups. Owner’s bedroom is downstairs with other bedrooms upstairs. Double sided gas fireplace between dining and living areas provides warmth in the cooler months. Additional loft area has beautiful views to the lake behind the house. The efficiency suite I'd over the garage and has a separate entrance from the main house and contains a kitchenette with full private bathroom, walk-in shower, queen size bed, and sitting area. Scenic and large pavered front patio area has a dining table with additional seating. One-car garage, gated community, and a second pavered patio area off back of house are true bonuses for this tropical delight! This property provides cable TV. There are Smart TVs in the Living Room and Loft. 55" in Living room, 36" in Master bedroom, 40" in the loft area. If you need baby items (crib, highchair, stroller, baby bath, changing table and/or porta crib) or beach chairs they are available at no charge upon request with a minimum of 48 business hours' notice. For weekend and holiday deliveries there is a $25 fee. All items subject to availability. Please note: For the safety of our guests, we have implemented a rigorous and expanded cleaning process between stays. One half of garage and owner's closet is excluded from tenant's use.

Five minutes down the road you will find another award-winning championship course…The King & Bear. Onsite you have access to a heated outdoor pool and a fitness center. Nearby, long term guests also have access to the King & Bear lap pool, zero entry pool, tennis courts, and additional amenities (all subject to COVID restrictions). The Circles of Wellness Spa, great restaurants and a shopping outlet mall are about five to seven minutes away. Only twenty minutes away you will find sandy white sparkling beaches and historic Old Town St. Augustine where you will experience remarkable history, restaurants, carriage rides, trolley rides, museums, tours, and festivals throughout the year.
Getting Around:
To make the most of our beautiful area we highly recommend your own vehicle, but for those who prefer walking there are some area restaurants 1.5 to 2.5 miles away.
Other Things to Note:
We love animals, but the association has strict rules that must be followed. All animals must be housebroken and approved in advance. No aggressive breeds are allowed. For pet approval, please send a message to the host stating the breed, age and weight, along with photos of your animal and current vaccine records to comply with the HOA rules. If authorized, a request for payment will be sent and must be paid in advance. The pet fee is $75 per pet for short stays and up to $300 for stays of 6 months or more. Pet fee does NOT include picking up pet waste on property. Animals are not allowed to be left unattended. All animals, including assistance animals, must be disclosed in advance, and the third-party screening completed prior to bringing any animal onto the premises.
