This completely charming 300 year old Cape has ship's timbers for its floors and ceilings and has been recently renovated. There is swimming & fishing right from the property, or it's a short walk to both Easton's & 2nd Beaches. Downtown Newport, a 5 minute drive, can be close enough or feel far away. A large Studio room with its own kitchen and bath can accommodate kids, teens & cousins. Even the outdoor shower has a killer view. Sleeps 8
