The main building complex includes a great room that is the heart of the home with an open floor plan chef’s kitchen, living room, dining area, and powder room. The sleeping quarters are in two separate bedroom pods connected by a garden courtyard. These four California king bedroom ensuites each have outdoor natural stone showers and balconies.
The home was designed with entertaining in mind. The massive main house with a chef’s kitchen has a huge comfortable dining area and great room that opens to an outside covered patio with its own outdoor kitchen and bar area. A few steps down and you’re pool side or have the option to relax under a pergola on the property’s edge enjoying the spectacular view of the ocean, Le Duc Cay, and the outer lying East End of St. John and up the Sir Francis Drake Channel all the way to Virgin Gorda.
A flight of steps off the main house courtyard takes you down to an approximate 30′ x 30′ sun deck ideal for cocktail parties or holding special events.
