Summary: Die Wohnung ist freundlich eingerichtet und großzügig für 2 Personen. Es hat genügend Schränke und Abstellraum. Die Ausstattung ist gut, die Küche neuwertig, Spülmaschine klasse . Leider gab es aber einiges zu bemängeln. Uns hat nicht gefallen, dass die Wohnung nicht beheizbar war, außer mit einem Radiator. Es handelt sich um eine Kellerwohnung, die ist auch im Juli abends kalt. Das Haus und der Eingang waren nicht ansprechend, sollte dringend renoviert werden. Der Geruch im Haus kann als muffig und feucht beschrieben werden. Die Mülltonne vor dem Haus war viele Tage überfüllt. Zur Wohnung gehört eine kleine Terrasse mit Freisitz. Aber dieser war stark verschmutzt, wir konnten diese erst nach Eigensäuberung benützen.
