Summary: We checked in on Thanksgiving using self check-in, which was fine, but the main entry door was broken and left unlocked with no staff around. There was no one to check us out, so we dropped our keys at the hotel next door. The room was roomy but the furniture was worn, the bed was uncomfortable, and the heater didn’t work, so it was very cold. The place needs updates and consistent staffing.
