The common area includes a large living room with a TV, and an open concept kitchen. North American grade kitchen with a breakfast bar, and a family sized kitchen table which is perfect for preparing meals, while enjoying the incredible ocean, mountains, and jungle views. The upstairs features two extra large master bedrooms, both with king sized beds, master bathrooms, and private access to the second story balcony with wide open views of the sparkling Pacific Ocean. The generous outdoor space is perfect for fun and entertaining. The tiled infinity pool features underwater seating for fun in the sun while everyone enjoys the unobstructed views of Ojochal and the Pacific Ocean beyond. The outdoor space includes a gas grill, sink, half bathroom and outdoor shower to serve your outdoor guests. There are plenty of flat areas designed to provide a number of separate outdoor spaces for you and your guests to enjoy. The property borders a lush green jungle area teeming with wildlife such as white face monkeys, sloths, macaws, toucans, and more.
