A spacious bright primary (California king) upstairs with 3 bedrooms downstairs. Two bedrooms downstairs share a bathroom, the third is a hall bath. A separate game room features a small fold down futon (72" x 48") for extra sleeping. A large gravel driveway can handle all your needs, sorry no RVs allowed. Minutes walk from the Sandia Tramway and hiking/biking trails of the Sandias.
We are just a quick trip away from everything Albuquerque has to offer: The Northeast Gate of Balloon Fiesta Park is 7.5 miles, Old town is 20 minutes away, Airport is 25 minutes away.
