* The main floor master bedroom has a king bed, SmartTV and private en-suite bath with two sinks, a huge walk-in shower and soaking tub. It has direct access to the back patio.
* 2nd main floor bedroom is a guest master suite with a king bed, SmartTV and private bath with dual sinks and a large walk-in shower.
* 1st upper floor bedroom has a king bed, SmartTV and private bath that features a walk-in shower and soaking tub.
* 2nd upper floor bedroom has a king bed, SmartTV and private bath with with a walk-in shower.
* 3rd upper floor bedroom is a bunk room with 3 sets of twin XLs over queen bunk beds. The second floor bunk room is supported by a guest bath with dual sinks and a shower/tub combo.

PRIVATE POOL
The private, in-ground pool is open and heated to 85 degrees from May 1st through Sept 30th. The remainder of the year it is shut down and winterized. The pool measures 14ft. by 30ft and the deepest end is 6ft.
