There is a gate code to open the patio door, and then a lockbox with a key to open the front door.

The Santa Fe Depot, just a 10-minute walk away, links you to the San Diego Trolley and COASTER train, covering destinations city-wide. Nearby, the County Center/Little Italy Trolley Station connects further via the Blue and Green lines. This unit does NOT come with a designated parking spot. For drivers, free street parking is available. Please note: due to the nature of the busy urban area, parking may be difficult to find at times.
There’s also an overnight parking lot on the corner Ash St and Kettner Blvd that charges $20 for 12 hours or $35 for 24 hours that we recommend.
Other Things to Note:
Guests will get to see the full spectrum of city life, which includes interacting with locals from all walks of life. We strive to provide a secure and welcoming environment inside our property and encourage guests to embrace the rich tapestry of urban living while exploring Little Italy.
PLEASE NOTE: There is construction across the street between the hours of 7am-7pm.
Due to the busy downtown area, there also may be noise from the street and surrounding area. It is the nature of downtown. If you are looking for a completely quiet area, this may not be the place for you.
To maintain upkeep, the patio area will be cleaned by gardeners on a weekly basis.
