Spacious private bedroom with a workspace and private bathroom available nearby the airport. Approximately a 11 minute drive to the Orlando International Airport ( MCO ), 15 minutes to Downtown Orlando ( DT ORL ), 10 min to Lee Vista, 20 min to Universal and Islands of Adventure ( IOA), and approx 30 min to Disney World. Quick access to major roads 408, 528, 417, and I4. Shopping and dining nearby!

The shared condo is located in a small cul de sac within a larger community. Nearby the airport and plenty of dining and shopping options within a few minutes.
The condo itself has some modest upgrades and is very clean. The guest's 2nd Floor bedroom is spacious, with a desk and printer, ensuite full bathroom, large queen bedroom, and your own tv.
Guests have private access to their own bedroom and full ensuite bathroom located on the second floor. The first floor of the condo is an entirely shared space including the fully equipped kitchen, dining room, half bathroom, and foyer. Outside of the guest's bedroom upstairs is the stacked washer and dryer, also free for the guests to use.

While there are some dining and shopping options within walking distance, it is recommended to have your own means of transportation. There are public transportation options with multiple bus stops nearby, and ride sharing options such as Uber or Lyft as well.
Once you check-in, I don't enter the room unless absolutely necessary and only after you give me permission. I do my best so that the room is as best eqipped as possible during the entirety of your stay.
With notice, I can assist with airport pick-up to the condo for a separate cost.
A late check out fee of $75 will be applied for any guests that do not leave by the reserved time unless previously discussed and agreed upon.
