Positive: We walked in gave our name and got the packet.
Negative: Three things were an issue. One let it be known that you are in a shopping center, two the code we were given was not correct to get in the house. So luckily I got someone quickly on the phone who gave a new code. And third the garage code should have been in our packet since we had access to the garage.
Summary: The house was awesome for a large group. And CLEAN, felt at home. Loved our vacation.
