Summary: When we arrived, we wondered if we had the right place. The street facade is an abandoned house and renovations is in progress from the side entrance. Street parking is free, but you will need a few rounds around the block to find a spot and you are missing the ease of mind of a secure parking space in the area. The area is close to the sites to visit, but it is a typical train railway area. The apartment itself was brandnetel and reasonably clean. There was a wow effect when we entered (it is really nicely done) that was tempered by the host asking a 20 euro cash surcharge that was not mentioned on the VRBO English description, but he did not budge. I am surprise that VRBO allows this as this violates there policy. There were 2 bedrooms with a bathroom downstairs. The airconditioning unit was downstairs only and was not running when we arrived. So unfortunately the upstairs bedrooms were impossible to us as they were over 35C. So we had to sleep on the pull out couch which was not comfortable. Because of the climate situation, I can not recommend the apartment in summer as the bedrooms are unusually saunas. The apartment does look really nice, but we booked a 2 bedroom apartment not to have to slee on a pull out couch in a hotel room with 3 people and we ended sleeping on the couch anyway as it was just too hot and the airconditioning still had not cooled the bedrooms after running a full night.
