Beach house located in a private,
gated community in Dorado with access to private beach.
You can sit back and enjoy the spectacular view of the Atlantic Ocean from either one of the two terraces. Swimming, snorkeling ,paddle boarding and kayaking ( we have kayaks and a paddle board, boogie boards and snorkeling equipment available) can be enjoyed at the private beach which is located 20 steps from the house.
There is championship golf course within a 5
minute drive. Dorado has a variety of restaurants all located within a 5-10 minute drive from the house.
Supermarkets and cinemas are readily accessible.
The house has 5 bedrooms which were remodeled in 2018 (all with new A/C's) consisting ;
bedroom #1; king bed, desk and chair, sofa and ensuite bathroom with ensuite bathroom (this bedroom is on the 1st floor); bedroom #2; king bed, balcony with a view of the beach and ensuite bathroom and a roofless shower; bedroom #3, 1 queen bed and a day bed ( 2 twins) , ensuite bathroom and door to the terrace; bedroom#4, king bed with ensuite bathroom; bedroom #5, 1 queen bed, ensuite bathroom and access to the terrace. Bedroom #4 and #5 share a bathroom but they have separate vanities . Tv/game room upstairs also has A/C and sofa bed. The house has 4 full baths with showers (no bathtubs) and one 1/2 bathroom. The kitchen was just renovated in September 2022- all new appliances . Wonderful view of the ocean while you are cooking!

Summary: Amazing House, Incredible Location!This house was absolutely perfect for our family of 8—and could easily accommodate more. There was plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy. The views were spectacular from every room, and the beach was literally just steps away—it felt like our own private paradise.The home came equipped with every amenity you could think of (and then some!). One standout feature was the open-roof shower in one of the bedrooms—such a unique and luxurious touch.The house was spacious, clean, and extremely comfortable. We truly can’t say enough good things about this property and would definitely book it again.The host was incredibly accessible and responsive throughout our stay. She checked in with us via text, answered all our questions quickly, and even reached out during Hurricane Erin to make sure we were safe and well taken care of. Truly 5-star service all around.The only downside was the construction happening on both sides of the house—one side was a renovation and the other a new build. The noise started quite early, around 6 a.m., which wasn’t ideal for a relaxing vacation. However, that was out of the owner’s control and didn’t take away too much from our overall experience.All in all, a fantastic stay in a beautiful home with unbeatable proximity to the beach!
