Glass garage door with privacy shade for night, one bedroom with king bed, one bath, a huge loft with queen bed, laundry & luxurious kitchen. Located just minutes from Historic Old Town District, Equestrian Estates and Pechanga Resort on a tranquil 4.5 acre estate with rustling trees & fruit orchards. The perfect get away for couples, solo adventurists or business professionals. Max of 2 adults.
The space
The Workshop is an industrial style loft apartment set in a truly relaxing and serene setting that will make you never want to leave. Watch the bunnies and squirrels from the mirrored glass garage door and open it to hear the birds singing. Put down the automatic shade at night for privacy.
Comfortably accommodates 2 adults with a potential for 2 older kids in the loft. (Not suited for small children or 4 adults. $40/person/night fee for extra guests). Fully equipped kitchen with KitchenAid appliances, dishwasher, 2 burner induction stove and microwave/convection oven. Recently upgraded internet service & WiFi, 65" flat screen in the living room with Apple TV, washer & dryer and dual office/desk space. spacious covered patio and amazing views from almost every room.

Access: Must drive half mile on graded dirt road to access the property. You do not need 4 wheel drive.

T.V's: Living Room - Smart TV with Apple TV. Master with smart TV. Guests may login to their own streaming accounts (ex: Netflix, Hulu, or your own individual channel apps through your cable login credentials.) Please note there is no cable on the property.
Laundry Facilities: Full laundry room with washer and dryer available for your use. Half size ironing board and iron available.
Parking: Please park in the gravel driveway.
