The Local is located at 902 48th Street Niceville Florida. The Local is in a great location . There is a beautiful Children’s Park with a huge Splash Pad in walking distance for the kids. The Niceville Dog Park ,Library and Soft ball complex is also in walking distance . Walmart is 5 minutes away and the Destin-Mid Bay bridge is a 10minute drive . Just over the Niceville/Destin-Mid Bay Bridge is the Destin commons with tons of shopping and the worlds most beautiful beaches that have emerald blue/green waters of the Gulf of Mexico covered with sugar white sands.Fine dining along with amazing local seafood restaurants are all there! The Local can sleep up to 6 and has 1 1/2 baths. All the comfort and feel of home but your on vacation. Everything you need is located in the Local Dishes,Towels, full kitchen , outside dining area along with a grill for cook outs . 2 large Tv s with Rokus WiFi, Washer dryer, iron and ironing board , large closets , kennel for the pets if needed and fenced in back yard .
