The Puzzle House, named for the beautiful collection of framed puzzles found throughout the home, is your go-to spot to relax and unwind. This brand new, spacious ranch home features six large bedrooms and four full bathrooms. This roomy, open-concept home offers a master bedroom on each level along with four additional bedrooms and four full bathrooms. Three large living/family rooms with 65” TVs, two full kitchens, two dining areas, a gas fireplace, game room and a separate theater room complete the amazing features of this home!
The main level has a master bedroom with 2 queen beds and a 65” TV. Right off the master bedroom is the suite retreat master bathroom that includes a whirlpool soaking tub and separate walk-in shower. The main floor also features 2 additional bedrooms and 1 bathroom with a walk-in shower. The first bedroom has a king bed while the second bedroom has a queen bed. Both bedrooms have 55” TVs to make viewing your favorite shows a breeze. The fully furnished kitchen has all the conveniences of home including standard size appliances, a Keurig/drip coffee maker combo, espresso machine, and air fryer. There's extra seating at the breakfast bar and plenty of seating available at the dining room table and the adjacent family room dining area. The family room next to the kitchen has a cozy gas fireplace and 65” TV, and leads to the backyard deck where guests can utilize the gas and charcoal grills. The yard also features a firepit for evening bonfires!
The lower level is beautifully finished with a second master bedroom and two additional bedrooms. The master bedroom features 2 queen beds and a TV, along with a private bath with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a king bed and the third has a queen bed; both rooms have TVs. The spacious game room includes a futon for extra sleeping space, a 65” TV, and a variety of games including foosball and an arcade game. The theater room that features an 86” TV, two levels of seating, and a futon. Perfect for movie nights or watching the big game, it's sure to be a highlight of your experience at the Puzzle House!
This home is pet friendly – pet fee of $75 + tax per dog applies, max of two dogs, sorry no cats allowed. Puzzle House is just under a mile away from the Spring Brook clubhouse where the indoor/outdoor pools, golf course pro shop, rental office and sports bar & grill are located. Home sleeps maximum of 18, rates based on 12 people over the age of 3. Extra guest fee of $15/night per additional guest applies. Security Deposit of $500 required.
