This newly renovated 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom townhouse is 2 blocks from the best served patch of beach on the Northern Florida coast! Beach rentals galore available along with a restaurant and bar frequently accented with live music. Men's and Women's bathrooms available as well! A quick 3 minute walk takes you to a great beach-bike rental place! Short distance from grocery, restaurants and bars. We are also 12 minutes from Mayo Clinic with top golfing and tennis clubs 9 minutes away.
The Space:
Clean and cozy, our place has a washer/dryer unit in each unit, SUPER FAST 800 Megabytes speed wi-fi service, local channels and all the prevailing stream service apps.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire building, including two quaint little patios with a seating area to enjoy the evening ocean breeze. Access to the 2nd floor balconies attached to master bedrooms available to enjoy a private outdoor space.
Beach chairs & Umbrellas are available for your use and on a rainy day - discover an assortment of puzzle and classic board games to enjoy!

Found along northeast Florida's "First Coast," Jacksonville Beach offers vast stretches of gorgeous beach, a newly redesigned golf course, a famous fishing pier and boatloads of water activities. Beach volleyball, surfing, fishing, and a wide variety of eateries – Jacksonville Beach has it all. Don't forget about Adventure Landing and Shipwreck Park!
Getting Around:
Your townhome is in an area rated extremely high on the walkability scale. If not in the mood for walking, download the Beach Buggy App from Google Play or the Apple App Store - free rides all over Jax Beach!! Drivers are very friendly and full of useful information.

We charge for additional guests above a fixed amount. This amount and additional charge varies by unit type, size, and configuration. If you input the correct guest count when you make your reservation the amount the booking site indicated as the total cost will not change (due to guest count). We ask for confirmation of guest count after you complete your booking. If you need to increase your guest count after booking confirmation due to a booking error, this could result in a price increase. Finally, we verify guest count via external cameras located on our properties. In the event that we notice a guest count at the property that is higher than reported, we reserve the right to ask for additional guest fees that would be double the amount we would have charged prior to check-in.
Kindly refer to the following guidelines regarding fees for extra guests:
Studio & 1 BR units - $25 per guest/night after 2 guests (i.e. 3 guests would be $25/night extra and 4 guests would be $50/night extra)
2 BR units - $30 per guest/night after 4 guests (i.e. 5 guests would be $30/night extra and 6 guests would be $60/night extra)
3 BR unit - $35 per guest/night after 6 guests (i.e. 7 guests would be $35/night extra and 8 guests would be $70/night extra)
4 BR units - $40 per guest/night after 8 guests (i.e. 9 guests would be $40/night extra and 10 guests would be $80/night extra)
5 BR+ units - $45 per guest/night after 10 guests (i.e. 11 guests would be $45/night extra and 12 guests would be $90/night extra)
We are pet friendly and charge $30 per night per pet for short term stays. For longer stays, I charge $150 per week and $300 per month per pet. If you are booking with me and are bringing a pet please let us know ahead of time! This fee is non-negotiable for any animal.
