In the neighborhood there are the most renowned restaurants and clubs in the city. The area is limited traffic. Within a radius of 200 meters there are pharmacies, banks, pizzerias, restaurants, supermarkets, public gardens, fast food restaurants and the civic market of San Benedetto.

Summary: I spent several weeks in Cagliari studying Italian, and Luciano the owner went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. In addition to picking me up and dropping me off at the airport, he invited me to several lunches and musical jam sessions where I got to meet many of his friends and got a crash course in speaking Italian :-). The apartment itself is spacious and comfortable, in a great location in the Marina quarter, minutes away on foot from restaurants, shops, and markets. I would be happy to stay here again if I return to Cagliari.
