Lovely one bedroom suite in duplex building. The driveway is for the exclusive use of the owners so please do not park in the driveway. Your parking spot is the shoulder at the end of the walkway to your unit on the right side of building (Unit B)
You get a completely private entrance with keypad. Your small suite includes a living area with kitchenette and sofabed (futon), plus a queen master bedroom, and a private bathroom off the hallway.
Off-Street parking for 1-2 cars. Self-check-in with combo lock. 1 mile to shopping and golf. Smart TV with wifi for your subscriptions and devices (Amazon, Netflix, etc.)
Kitchenette has fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster oven, Filtered water (pitcher) and coffee maker. This unit is not set up for cooking. There is no kitchen, no kitchen sink, and no dishwashing area.
Living room has a futon sofa that folds out to a double bed (it is quite firm). Storage and extra supplies are inside the hall closet. Sheets, blankets, 4 towels, hand soaps and a starter set of 2 rolls of t.p. are provided. You will have to get more if you need more. Bring your own shampoos and toiletries. Please separate your recyclables and pull the bins to the curb when full.
Bathroom has shower, sink and toilet. This property is on a septic system and a well. No papertowels or feminine hygiene items allowed in toilet.
NOTE: This is a non-smoking property, incuding the outdoor areas. Please leave the property if you wish to smoke. Please also do not block open the self closing doors to the hall as they help to direct airflow into the AC system and to minimize noise between the two units in the building.
The tall door (behind the curtain in the hallway) adjoins the two units, but it is kept locked on both sides, The hallway, however, tends to transmit sound between the two units, so please be considerate and keep the bedroom, living room and bathroom doors closed at all times. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am .
