A 55-inch flatscreen TV in the bedroom as well as in the living-dining area, which is also a box-spring sofa bed for another adult guest or for 2 children, also for the best quality of sleep. There are also body care products available. The equipment is new, the premises were rebuilt in May 2017 and renovated.
The special feature of our apartments is the opportunity to combine them and share them. Thus, you live in a 120 sqm attic apartment. Since the house was built into a slope, you are only separated by 6 steps from the attic. In both apartments from sound-proof, lockable partition doors are attached. For separate rentals, these are locked and thus guarantee your privacy. With the doors open, you can use the premises with up to 8 people. The cleaning is included in the rent.
The quiet moments on the spacious balcony and the view of the huge mountain panorama as well as the roofs of Sonthofen guarantee relaxation. Nevertheless, you do not have to give up the area.
