The space
The entrance of this beautiful beach condo has it's own screened-in patio perfect for enjoying the warm Florida weather without all the bugs. Watch the waves, lifeguard tower, and beach events from the TOP FLOOR (no noisy upstairs neighbors!!), unobstructed view of the white sand & turquoise waters. Newly renovated, modern, white quartz countertop kitchen with SS appliances including dishwasher, induction stove, oven, microwave, etc. Open concept with kitchen island seating for 2, leads to the dining table seating for 4. Comfy and spacious living area to watch TV on the chaise sofa, and a reading nook. The end of the living area has sliding doors giving even more light and extra space to a floor to ceiling window back patio area. Cafe lounge set and extra work area as you are surrounded by the quiet Lido Key bay/canal area. The 2nd bedroom with 2 double beds and desk/work area also has sliding doors to this quiet bay/canal view. Two full bathrooms provide both a tub and full shower with handle bars. The Master Bedroom features a king size bed and sliding doors to the front Lido Beach view from the screened in patio.
Free Bayrunner trolley shuttle stop is right in front at the Lido Beach Pavilion taking travelers to downtown Sarasota for superb restaurant, bars, shops, a Whole Foods grocery store, and to visit the Saturday Farmer's Market.

Private, assigned covered parking near the lobby entrance. Building's gated pool and each floor has it's own paid laundry area next to the elevator. Guest parking is available in an adjacent uncovered private lot.
