-Bring and use a sheet or blanket of your own to cover the living room furniture if your pet will be on the furniture.
- Keep on-leash on the property outside of the home at all times.
- Pick up your pet's waste and dispose in the outside container/dumpster only.
- Animals may not be bathed as this clogs the drains.
- Be considerate of other guests and control barking, especially between the hours of 10pm and 8am.
- You are responsible for any damage caused by your animal.
- $150 PER APPROVED pet fee due upon booking.

If unauthorized individuals enter the property, this WILL result in reservation being forfeited without refund. $40 per person, per night is charged for individuals in home that were not previously disclosed to Host.
