Centrally located! Heated saltwater pool, hot tub, and only 5 miles from the beach-side with plenty of waterfront dining and shopping. Downtown is only a bit over 1 mile away, a very walkable and happening area. Grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping are just 3 minutes away. The house is nestled in a clean and safe residential neighborhood. Family friendly with fully fenced in backyard.
The home features a large, open kitchen and a big-screen TV in the living room/kitchen/dining area. The wonderful, very private fenced-in backyard offers a pool, waterfall feature, and hot tub. The primary bathroom has a rainfall shower and a soaking tub. There are three comfortable bedrooms, and we have extra twin folding beds/cots available. Any of the bedrooms can accommodate a folding bed by request/ or folding chair that opens up into a bed, and there is also a pack-n-play and crib available, by request.
The local area offers plenty of activities, including air-boat gator rides, golf, pickle-ball courts, kayaking, hiking on historic jungle trails, surfing and surf school, skydiving, and a botanical garden. And of course, there are clean, sandy beaches nearby.
Please note that any extra sleeper beds need to be confirmed at the time of booking or at least before check-in, so we can set them up in time.

Vero Beach is one of the most important sea turtle nesting sites in North America. The local beaches are popular nesting sites for several species of sea turtles, including loggerhead, green and leatherback.
Please help us protect these magnificent creatures. During Turtle Nesting Season (March 1st to October 31st): never approach nesting or hatching turtles, never walk on or disturb turtle nests (they look like sand mounds and are often taped off and labeled with orange tape), and use only red light flashlights if walking on the beach at night.
