Positive: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My daughter and I stayed at Tru Hilton Shepherdsville Louisville from August 7th to August 10th, 2025, during our very first holiday in America 🇺🇸 and everything was simply perfect! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome. Everyone was friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile, which truly made a difference in our stay. The breakfast was excellent fresh, delicious, and with a wide variety of options to start our mornings just right. My daughter especially loved the choices, and it gave us the perfect start to our days. We also enjoyed the swimming pool and the gym. Both were clean, modern, and well maintained a real highlight after our long days exploring. Overall, the hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. It was comfortable, spotless, and the atmosphere was bright and welcoming. This stay gave us beautiful memories of our first trip to America, and we are so grateful to the entire team for making it special. We will definitely return the next time we are in Louisville!
Negative: That everything was so Perfect that I couldn’t have something to say about them. Ohhhhh I forgot the ATM 🏧 machine at the Lobby needs to be checked. It refused to pay 💰 us some Dollars, even though our Credit Cards worked fine in the City.😂😂😂
