Delightful and quiet one bedroom apartment with breathtaking sea view for max. 4 people, with parking and panoramic swimming pool open from 1 June to 30 September, 13 km from the airport / port of Olbia.
The 60 sqm apartment that is rented is located on the ground floor of a nice villa. It is located in front of the spectacular panorama of the island of Tavolara. The fantastic sea view can be enjoyed from the veranda, the living area and the bedroom window.
It is equipped with
-a large veranda, furnished with a 6-seater table, gas barbecue and sun loungers, and surrounded by the flowers of the surrounding hedges. Eating evening meals on the panorama of the lights of the town and the island of Tavolara is certainly one of the best moments of the day to relax and enjoy your holiday.
-a nice outdoor shower, useful for removing sand residues from people and things on returning from the beach.
- an open space living area with a NEW kitchen equipped with new accessories and utensils for cooking and a dishwasher, a TV with satellite antenna and wi-fi, a new double sofa bed
-a large bathroom with shower and washing machine.
-a double bedroom with a new king size bed which, on request, can contain a cot.
- You will have a beach umbrella and two beaches at your disposal.
The property is cleaned and disinfected before guests' arrival, using products approved by the Ministry of Health, which are also left available to guests.
We furnished and set up the apartment thinking that those staying there should feel like our welcome guest, because this is how we would like to feel on our travels. The apartment was renovated in 2021, quiet, with excellent privacy; its position makes it fresh and pleasant when returning from a sunny day and is well protected from the mistral wind.
Check-in from 3.00 pm. Check-out by 10.00. Modifiable times on request.
Minimum stay 4/7 nights.
MANDATORY ADDITIONAL COSTS NOT INCLUDED: final cleaning of € 80.00. Starting from May 1st until September 30th, the tourist tax is in force, equal to € 1.20 for each day of overnight stay per person, with the exception of minors who have not turned 12 years of age, up to a maximum of 10 consecutive nights.
OPTIONAL ADDITIONAL COSTS (to be paid at check-in): Bed linen and towels provided on request only: € 15 per person.
A deposit of € 150.00 in cash is required at check-in and is refunded at check-out after checking for damage.
TOURIST DETAILS
Porto San Paolo is also known because it is the closest town to the Tavolara Marine Protected Area, a protected area rich in splendid seabeds, rocky and sandy coves. From here all the excursions to Tavolara depart, for snorkeling, diving, windsurfing and other water sports.
You can also privately rent a dinghy in the numerous rental centers to discover hidden coves or immerse yourself in the blue waters of the island of Molara.
The most beautiful beaches in the surrounding area, perfectly equipped with umbrellas and deck chairs and with the presence of restaurants on the beach, are: Porto Taverna, Porto Istana, Cala Girgolu, Capo Coda Cavallo, Cala Brandichi, Puntaldia, Lu Impostu, la Cinta, but also the wonderful beach on the island of Tavolara.
In Puntaldia, just 6 km away, you can reach a well-known golf course on the sea.
In the surrounding areas, you can also discover sites and archaeological finds of considerable importance.
San Teodoro is 14km away. The San Teodoro Lagoon is an area of extraordinary natural wealth, embellished with hundreds of varieties of plants that are home to many species of birds, including flamingos. San Teodoro is famous for its lively nightlife and numerous evening markets, present throughout the summer season.
In just over 30 minutes by car you can reach the beaches of the Costa Smeralda and the famous resorts of Porto Rotondo and Porto Cervo, or the embarkation for mini-cruises in the Maddalena archipelago.
At 45 minutes by car, in La Caletta, you can embark for a mini-cruise in the splendid coves of the Gulf of Orosei: Cala Luna, Cala Mariolu, Cala Goloritzè.
