This rustic lodge is the perfect way to get away from it all. With a spacious layout, you can break bread with a large group in the full kitchen and enjoy all that Bear Lake has to offer. A sofa bed in the living area and a fold-out bed in the loft provide extra sleeping spaces. There's plenty of room to relax in the cozy living area or just up the spiral staircase into the loft. If you're interested in getting out, there are plenty of activities close by to keep everyone entertained.

Summary: Wonderful rustic "cabin" for a busy family if you are looking for something nicer than a camping experience, but not as elegant as an expensive condo. Bring extra utensils and a few pots/pans if you are cooking for a group (there was no potato masher or mixer) and your own seasonings. We loved the outdoor grill and tables. Four miles from the North Beach State Park, and eleven miles from the East Beach State Park. The Idaho side of the lake was calm and quiet and we had a perfect family weekend. The cabin has a game cupboard with several to choose from, and also a large selection of family movies. There is an air mattress in a basket, but it had a leak.
