Positive: Clean and very tidy. Liked the information pack including reference to recycling, and the privacy of the rear garden. Mona and Graham are excellent hosts and deeply rooted in the area.
Negative: Our only observation is that the property is at the top of a steep hill down to Pendine Sands; it can be walked but you need decent fitness to come back up the hill. If you’re taking kit to the beach you definitely need a vehicle.
