Beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bath condo on the 2nd floor featuring over 1200 sq. with a beach theme. This unit was recently remodeled with new paint, new floors, appliances and granite counter tops in the kitchen and bathrooms. New furniture throughout. Master bedroom is spacious with a comfortable king size bed and en suite with a large tv. Guest bedroom features 2 queen beds with blackout drapes to ensure a wonderful nights rest.
After a day at the beach, you can unwind in the den or our living room, which overlooks the pool with a beautiful garden view of the property with palm trees. This unit has it's own private balcony with shared amenities of the complex which include heated pool, shuffleboard, tennis courts and white sandy beach. Beach chairs are available free of charge for our guests. You will want to make this your home away from home every year!
