The 1300+ SF condo is located on the 3rd floor, accessible via private resident elevators – you’ll love the outdoor living space offered with 3 separate balconies, 2 overlooking the Esplanade shops and the third (most spacious) overlooking Marco’s Collier Boulevard. Our 2 bedroom/2 bath condo features two spacious, updated bedrooms, both with private balconies, a bright fully-equipped granite kitchen, living room with comfortable seating and large HDTV, two full baths, laundry room and generous entryway. The spacious master bedroom features a king-sized bed and the guest bedroom has a queen bed. There are also several twin air mattresses in the unit.
This location and condo will not disappoint! Grab bikes and ride a short distance to Tigertail beach, enjoy indoor/outdoor dining onsite at CJ’s on the Bay (lunch/dinner), Mango’s Dockside Bistro (breakfast/lunch/dinner) or Deep Lagoon Seafood without having to jump in the car!
