Summary: Overall the property is good for a NYC stay, Our main complaint was the cleanliness of the unit, the bathroom smelled of urine until we cleaned the walls, floor and toilet base and the shower walls had stuck on debris and hair. The lack of attention to overall cleanliness didn't stop there, the couch had bits of food stuck in the cushions and clearly they had not cleaned this for many stays before us. Then there was stained sheets on one of the beds in the bedroom, Also even though the host was aware of the number of guests staying in our family there was not enough towels and no bedding other than an extra blanket, There was an airbed which we were thankful to have the use of and David the host was very willing to address these issues the next day. The unit is a good option for a home base on a NY City vacation and im sure they will be correcting these issues we experienced.
