Beautiful and updated Gulf front corner condominium with great amenities and access to the beach. As you walk in you will feel the comforts of home.
This 2 bedroom condo sleeps 6 people. The master has two full beds and the guest bedroom has to twins. This unit also has two lanai's. Located on the 5th floor, you're sure to see some sweet sunsets! Linens are included! We provide all bed linen, bath towels, hand towels and even a set of towels you can take to the beach.
$100 cancellation fee for all cancellations outside of our 48-hour grace period. Please consider Travel Insurance for unexpected situations preventing travel.
This property typically has a 7-night minimum. Multi-week rentals encouraged! The minimum age to rent is 25 years old. During high season we rent from Saturday - Saturday (from Christmas to Easter). This unit has a dynamic price plan, prices may vary from day to day.

Summary: Unit 535 is a double corner unit on the north end of the building with a balcony that looks out over the ocean so you can watch the sunrise and around the corner to the end of the island and Bowditch Point Park. The living room windows and second bedroom windows look out over the end of the island. The master bedroom has a second balcony that looks out over the end of the island and around the corner to the bay where you can watch beautiful sunrises. Check in was difficult. I started calling about an hour before we arrived, and it took 3 calls before I reached the right person to unlock the door remotely. The condo was beautiful and well stocked. We would definitely recommend this unit and would stay again.
