Decorated in cottage coastal style, this condo offers a King bed in the master bedroom, twin beds in the second bedroom, and updated master and guest bathrooms The living room is has a large flat screen TV and queen sofa bed. The newly updated kitchen boasts a breakfast bar with seating for two. But the nicest feature of the condo is the view of the beach . Overlooking the entire beach and sitting in the sun on your balcony is what vacation is all about.

South Seas Northwest Manager (Towers 3 & 4) charges $100 registration fee which includes one parking pass. Additional parking passes are required for overnight guests who have an automobile. You must register upon arrival or their next business day. If you arrive after their office hours their guard at the entrance gate will issue you a temporary pass. Normal Office Hours- Monday - Saturday, 8am - 4pm Seasonal Office Hours - Monday - Sunday, 8am - 4pm (7 days/week)
Just a short walk from the condo is Tigertail Beach. Amenities included a picnic area, playground, and concession stand offering beach equipment rentals, food, and drinks. Go fishing, rent a kayak, or paddleboard to explore the tidal lagoon that separates Tigertail Beach from Sand Dollar Spit's narrow and unspoiled Gulf front beach.

Renters/Guests understands that the Turtles are endangered and protected by Federal Law. Substantial fines can be levied against them by law enforcement for violations of ordinances protecting Turtles. Renter agrees to reimburse Owner for payment of the Fines imposed for violations during Lessee's occupancy and for the reasonable legal defense costs incurred."
