For a successful stay at Villa Guerina we recommend having a car. You will be able to park it on the premises, free of charge inside the entrance gate. The parking space is suitable for up to four cars.

The swimming pool is 5 meters (16 feet) large by 8 meters (26 feet) long, 1.3 meters (4.3 feet) deep. It can be heated if requested (additional cost applies -- please enquire with our staff). The swimming pool can be covered by a telescopic pool enclosure. The area is equipped with a sun umbrella and sun loungers. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a splendid view of the lake and of the mountains. The pool is open all year round.
Patio
The patio is 130 square meters (1400 square feet) large. It is equipped with tables, chairs and two large sun umbrellas. Here you will also find a portable barbecue. From the patio you will enjoy a charming view of the lake and of the mountains.

The living room is paved with checkered brown and white tiles. The furnishings are elegant and welcoming, featuring some antique pieces, and include three sofas and a desk. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels) and an Ethernet plug for broadband Internet connection (don't forget your cable!). From the living room you will be able to enter the patio and the swimming pool through four French doors. The room also has two windows with a view of the swimming pool.
Dining Room
You will be able to enter the dining room from the living room. The furnishings are elegant and welcoming, and include some antique pieces. The dining table can accommodate 14 guests. You will be able to enter the kitchen from the entrance hall. It is professional-grade, equipped with a eight-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, eight small refrigerators without freezer, a built-in freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker, a toaster and other small appliances. Here you will also find a washing machine and a clothes dryer. The kitchen has two windows which overlook the back of the house.
