The Villa is located inside a private residence and is just 50 meters from the beach. The interiors are very spacious and the house is divided over two levels. On the ground floor we find a spacious living room with kitchenette, a double bedroom and a complete bathroom. On the first floor we find three other bedrooms, two of which are double and one with two bunk beds. The villa can comfortably accommodate a total of 10 people. The lounge on the ground floor overlooks a spacious garden with juniper trees, oleander plants and other plants typical of Mediterranean vegetation. In the garden there are also two BBQs, an outdoor shower, sun loungers, and a completely shaded area that allows you to eat under the veranda on hot summer days. The beach of Eden Beach is located a few steps from the house and is totally sandy and with a large band of shallow water, therefore also perfect for the little ones. The beach is part of the very long coast of Platamona which overlooks the Gulf of Asinara, where it will be possible to enjoy splendid landscapes and breathtaking sunsets, without having to give up comfort, given the large spaces even in the busiest periods. Villa i Ginepri is perfect for those seeking relaxation and comfort given the possibility of being able to go to the sea in a few moments but also for those who choose more itinerant holidays, being in a strategic position. In a few minutes by car it is possible to reach the areas of Castelsardo, Valledoria, Costa Paradiso, Isola Rossa, Santa Teresa to the east, while to the west the area of Porto Torres, Stintino, Argentiera and the splendid Riviera del Corallo up to Alghero and Bosa.
