Villa Little Arya offers a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living and dining room, two master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, and two bedrooms each with 2 single beds (open-concept bedrooms) the one in the attic has a smart TV and a Play Station 4 for your younger members, a family bathroom is used by these two bedrooms. * The outdoor offers a Heated, private swimming pool 8.5m x 4.6m, a Hot-tub, a covered outdoor dining area with a table for 8, a TV, and traditional barbecue, a summer kitchen with a fridge and ice maker, a sun deck area with 6 deck chairs, another outdoor table perfect for morning coffee, outdoor Table tennis and most importantly, amazing views of the valley and Cetina river from every corner of the outdoor area. You will be simply surrounded by an unspoiled rural environment and relaxing views of the green scenery.
* The ground floor (38sqm) offers a fully equipped kitchen with a kettle, filter coffee maker, toaster, and other amenities. A living area with a dining table, a flat-screen TV, and a fireplace. There is also a family bathroom with a shower and a washing machine. The living area is air-conditioned and has free WiFi.
* Indoor spiral staircase takes you to the first floor with a Bedroom No1 (11sqm) with a king-size bed 170cm x 200cm, air conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower (3.5sqm).
