Villa Norcas Grande is a fantastic space for large parties, golfers and families wanting to holiday ‘together’ but have their own private villa. Two adjoining 3 bedroom identical houses make up Villa Norcas Grande, in one large, private fantastic plot!
Large private grounds with separate areas, plenty space for everyone, and close to so many amenities, it really is a rare find.
Each house is identically built, each has a large lounge and dining room with patio doors opening to the back of the house and pools. Each house has spacious living areas, they each have a flat screen TV dining table and chairs. There is complimentary Wi-Fi, and air conditioning in the bedrooms and lounge areas. The villa has those small extra touches, like a safe, bluetooth speakers for your use, and a DVD player.
Each house has;
1 twin bedroom on the ground floor with an en suite shower room
2 double bedrooms, one with en suite bathroom and one en suite shower room (both with balcony)
They share: Pool table, a table-tennis table, 2 Pools, brick built BBQ
Sharing a driveway and garage with the third adjoining house, but with your own completely private fantastic garden, the BBQ area, grounds and pool area are for you and your party only, and are completely separate.
With pool table, table-tennis and fussball too you’ll not be short of things to do. Bonus of underground parking for 2 cars. There are tall hedges around the terrace and pool area giving extra privacy. The houses have an alarm too.
A few restaurants, cafe bars, and a mini market are within a 2 minute walk from the house, and Albufeira town is only a 10 minute taxi ride away and Uber are in the area now and are usually easy to order.
The nearest Supermarket is Aldi and is just 200m away, there is a cafe and cake shop, and a grilled meat restaurant/takeaway. Sao Domingos restaurant is very popular and is just 500m away, also Cabanitas bar that shows a lot of the sports channels! Location wise the house is great and a car is not essential.
The best beaches are close too, just a 25 minute walk or 10 minutes max in the car. Gale Beach, Lourenco and Castelo beaches all have great restaurants too.
Salgados Golf Course is closeby for the golfers!
Pool can be heated for a £300 supplement. Both pools get the heating. Brand new Roman stairs leading into the pool have just been installed. Pool size 9 x 5 metres. Plus a smaller child’s splash pool.

Villa Norcas Grande is two adjoining 3 bedroom houses, out of 3 houses in a row. Villa Norcas Grande sleeps 12 people. (The 13th and 14th persons beds will be Z-beds and are £150 supplement each.) The third adjoining house will not be rented out to holidaymakers in 2023 and has been beautifully partitioned to ensure a private garden and separate space.
