Located on the French side of sunny St. Martin/St. Maarten, this villa will truly transport you to tranquility!
This is a beautiful & spacious villa. We have a total of 8 bedrooms and 11 bathrooms that allows large families or groups of friends to enjoy time together.
The villa overlooks Dawn Beach, Oyster Pond Marina, and St. Barths in the distance. It is in a perfect area on the island, close enough to everything that you need, yet far enough from everything so that you can vacation in peace and tranquility.
Besides the obviously spectacular view, this Villa is extremely comfortable and everyone can be together when they need to be, yet will have their own space when they need to have it.
We are not far from almost any area of interest in St. Maarten/St. Martin. Some great places to visit would be Orient Beach, Grand Case, Philipsburg, Marigot, Mullet Bay, Princess Juliana Airport, and so much more. There are also a lot of excursions that we have, whether it involves sailing, fishing, snorkeling, scuba diving, or other experiences. We would be happy to help you discover our island.
