The house has 3 bedrooms: 2 on the first floor and 1 on the ground floor; a living room with a TV area; a fully equipped kitchen; 2 bathrooms; a wonderful covered porch of 40 sqm, with separate BBQ area; a well kept garden, with flowers, green plants; above ground pool of 1.50 mts depth; outdoor shower with hot and cold water; private parking. Air-conditioning in the sleeping area and in the living room; washing machine; dishwasher; microwave oven; iron and ironing board, toaster, boiler, etc.
Included in the price: bed linen and toilet towels; beach and pool towels; a house and pool cleaning per each week of stay; cot and a high chair on request.
Final cleaning costs are counted as an extra but added to the rental price, to be paid during the booking procedure. While a refund of 140€ (per each week of stay) will be asked cash on your arrival at home .
A deposit of 300€ cash is asked on arrival at home and will be given you back at the end of the stay.
